How is a PPF work order created?
Enter the number plate to open the PPF intake wizard. Complete customer and vehicle details, film, application areas, inspection and approval steps to create the work order.
What if I offer both car washing and PPF?
Continue using the car wash intake screen. After entering the plate, select PPF Intake from the services to open the wizard. The resulting record displays its own application details and document links.
Do I have to wait until the job is finished to open the intake form?
No. After the work order is created, you can access the intake form, contract PDF and generated warranty document before work starts.
Can customer messages follow the PPF workflow?
Yes. Templates are available for the PPF profile. A PPF-only business sees PPF templates; a combined car wash and PPF profile sees both sets. Messages are queued according to the WhatsApp connection and sending settings.
