Allow access during a daily window, such as 09:00–19:00. Times follow Türkiye's time zone, including overnight windows such as 22:00–06:00.
Link the user account to an employee. An active clock-in opens access and clocking out closes it. Cancelling the clock-in or deactivating the employee also closes access.
Require both an approved time window and an active shift. Even a clocked-in employee cannot access the system outside the permitted hours.
The business administrator links Ali's user account to Ali in the staff list and selects attendance-based access.
Without an active clock-in record, Ali cannot sign in.
Ali can sign in and perform the actions his permissions allow.
New sign-ins are blocked, and existing sessions cannot perform further actions.
For attendance-based access, staff attendance tracking must be enabled. Each employee can be linked to one user account.
Only the business administrator can change employee links and access settings. Even staff with user management permissions cannot change these rules.
The administrator's own account is not restricted by time or attendance rules. Staff screen permissions continue to apply whenever access is open.

Access rules apply to existing sessions too. After clocking out under attendance-based access, the user cannot perform further actions. The account must meet the access conditions again, and the user must sign in.
