After entering the plate for a PPF business, the intake wizard guides you through customer, film and vehicle inspection details. If you offer both car washing and PPF, selecting PPF Intake on the intake screen opens the same wizard.

How many steps are in the PPF intake form?
The wizard has nine steps: customer and vehicle, product and warranty, application areas, cutting method, disassembly approval, bodywork inspection, damage diagram, handover and contract, and signatures with final approval.
What can be marked on the damage diagram?
Mark scratches, dents, repainted panels, stone chips and paint defects in top, left, right, front and rear views. The operational inspection fields and document descriptions are in Turkish.
When are contract and warranty PDFs available?
After intake is completed and the work order is created, the intake form, contract PDF and generated warranty document are available in the work order. You do not need to wait until application starts or finishes.
Can PPF intake start from the car wash screen?
If both car washing and PPF are selected in the business profile, choose PPF Intake after entering the number plate. Complete the same intake wizard in the window that opens.
