What details does towing software record?
Number plate, customer name, vehicle make and model selected from the catalogue, and transport price. Mobile number, mileage and photos are optional.
Can the price change when the vehicle is delivered?
Yes. Delivering a vehicle marked In Transit opens a final price confirmation window. Keep the amount or adjust it for discounts and extra charges. The confirmed amount becomes the final delivery price.
How are revenue and profit calculated on the home screen?
Total income combines final prices for vehicles delivered within the selected dates and other recorded income. Profit or loss subtracts all recorded business expenses for the same period.
Does this software provide live GPS tracking?
No. Tracking refers to the Collected, In Transit and Delivered stages you update. It does not provide GPS, live locations or route tracking.
Which businesses see the simplified towing screen?
The simplified screen is used when Towing is the only selected business profile. Car wash and PPF businesses continue using their own workflows.
